Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we'll prorate the additional cost for the remaining days in your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

By default, we stop recording when you reach your daily limits to prevent unexpected charges. You can opt-in to automatic overage billing, or upgrade your plan. We currently charge $30/month to increase your daily limit by 1GB.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% on Pro plans and 40% on Growth plans compared to monthly billing. You can toggle between monthly and annual pricing above.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, all paid plans come with a 30-day free trial of the Pro features. No credit card required to start your trial. You can also use our free Starter plan indefinitely.

What support options are available?

Starter plans include community support (Discord server and documentation). Pro plans include standard support via email and Discord. Growth plans include priority support with faster response times. Enterprise plans include dedicated support with SLA guarantees.
