Aeroview is a logging and monitoring platform that provides log aggregation, analysis, and alerting services. The Service includes both free and paid tiers with varying features and limitations.
Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited features and usage quotas. Free tier users are subject to data retention limits and feature restrictions as outlined in our pricing documentation.
Paid Plans: Paid plans provide additional features, higher usage limits, and enhanced support. Pricing and features are subject to change with 30 days notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aeroview, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall Aeroview, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
